Celebrating our rich Italian culture during ‘A Taste Of Italy Griffith’, La Scala presents ‘Ferragosto’.

The Italian dinner celebration will feature an authentic Italian three course meal, inspired by

La Scala's venetian heritage.

The meal will consist of:

• Local ciabatta bread with local Morella Grove extra virgin olive oil

• Homemade rigatoni with a slow cooked beef ragu

• Braised local spatchcock "Polastro in Tecia con Polenta", served with polenta and seasonal vegetables

• Pistachio panna cotta with marsala strawberries and roasted pistachio

Our artisan gelato and an extensive Italian wine and cocktail menu will also be available at our bar.

A complimentary bottle of local Italian varietal wine will be provided per table.

The evening will also include live entertainment from renowned Master of Ceremonies Luigi Greco, accompanied by live music from Glenn Starr (Infinite Productions and Promotions).
